antiphospholipid

I lost my first baby when I was 5 months pregnant. The doctor did tests and determined that I had anticardiolipin antibodies present while I was pregnant. I had a reading of 16 on a range of 0-9 being normal levels. He has prescribed baby aspirin now while I am trying to get pregnant and then heparin and aspirin when I am pregnant. My question is: Does the anticardiolipin antibody cause infertility or problems in getting pregnant? Also I would welcome hearing from people with this problem that have had successful pregnancies with treatment. This has been very hard and any encouragement would help. Thanks!
