I am scheduled to have a D&C in about a months time, along with a hysterascopy(spelling?). My question are: What causes cervicitis? I have never had an STD, and I rarely get yeast infections. I have stopped using tampons (doctor's orders) and I always use a condem when having sex. AND... What can I do to get rid of the cervicitis? My doctor said the polyps are a result of the inflammed cervix.
