In my 20 th week (Feb 97) I miscarried due to the dilation of my cervix. Could the removal of the polyp somehow weakened or damaged my cervix for it to dilate ? I am currently trying for another baby, so will I be considered to have an incompetent cervix & should go for a cerclage procedure, or was my miscarriage just due to the polyp & my next pregnancy to proceed as normal.
