Your symptoms are quite common at the beginning of a pregnancy. Your abdominal pain is probably due to intestine; it may be your left ovary as well if the corpus luteum is on that side (the ovary that gave the egg..). An ectopic pregnancy can't be ruled out but by a doctor. So if you experience heavy, sharp pain, still going on without any stop for more than 1/2 an hour => GO AND SEe A DOCTOR
