Small Cell Cancer in the uterus

I am an epidemiology student at Univ. of Col. Health Sciences Center. I am doing a study on small cell cancer with the primary location being in the lining of the uterus. I know that small cell cancer is 99.9% of the time found in the lungs but I know of a patient who has it in her uterus. Her doctors have said that maybe no more that 5000 cases have ever been recorded of it, unfortunatley I haven't been able to find any of that information. ANY help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
