I have difficulty during my self-exams in telling which is normal and which to be concerned with. This frustrates me and I get discouraged. My 2nd question is: I stopped nursing my son almost one year to the day and for the last 3 months that he nursed, it was only once or twice a day for about 4 or 5 days a week. I still am producing milk. It is not a problem to the point of leaking. I wear tight fitting bras and there is no simulant to my breast except for my daily shower.
