Thank you, Curtis there are Many medical facilities in Honolulu, (big place)if there is an urgent need for this to be an on-call type of thing I'm pretty sure your wife's physician can set up the necessary preceedings. I believe you will need Written Orders from him/her and reason for procedure ect. That's a short amount of time to be away are you really sure she needs this?
