AzospermiaFrom: SUE (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 19 Aug 1997 10:42:34 -0500 (CDT)
My husband had a 50 mill sperm count in 1995, but has had two zero counts recently. His blood test showed normal Testosterone and LH, and slightly high FSH. The Urologist does not think there is a blockage. We have some questions: 1) Does the slightly high FSH prove no sperm in production? 2) Could there still be some immature sperm in his testes? 3) Should we do a biospy? Are there any risks to the procedure? 4) Could he have an infection (even w/ slightly high FSH)? 5) What is a normal FSH range? Any guidance/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much, Sue
