Is this a PG or something else?

I need some help figuring out what is going on with my cycle! I would like to get pregnant again, so I have been charting temps, observing cervical position and mucus. Since I have extremely irregular cycles, (my first pg was on Clomid), my OB gave me Provera to induce my last period, which began on July 18. It was a rather heavy period, unlike the infrequent scant bleeding that I have been having over the past year.

Temps during my menses were around 97.2-97.4. On cycle day 17, my temp dropped to 97.0, then went up over the next few days to 97.6. I think I probably ovulated in that time (amazing for me to ovulate on my own!!). My temperatures have stayed around 97.5 - 97.7 (today). Today is Day 32.

However, a few days ago, on day 27 I started to have some strange bleeding. Bleeding was extremely light, and best described as blood-tinged mucus. I also had some crampy/full feeling, which I don't usually get when I have a period. I had this very light bleeding for 4 days. It was so light that I didn't need a pad.

Now here's my question: is this a period? If my temps had dropped with the bleeding, I would assume that this is a VERY light period, but my temperatures have stayed up, which is causing me a bit of concern. I don't know what to think! Is it a period, a pregnancy with bleeding, implantation bleeding, or what? Bleeding is very light pink to light brownish tinged mucus. Can any of you help? Should I take a pregnancy test? If I did ovulate around day 17, how long do I need to wait to take a test? This is frustrating!!

Thanks in advance!
