After 8 months of persistence, what are the chances of the cyst and/or the fibroid to shrink/disappear after a two month regimen of BCP's? 2. What are the treatment options if the cyst/fibroid are still around for the next ultrasound in September? 3. It may be unrelated to the above, but what can be done about recurring hyperprolactinemia? I don't mind the larger breasts, but I do mind the aweful tenderness associated with it. The BCP's have seemed to stop the spotting from this - for now. 4. What causes fibroid tumors/masses in the first place (besides heredity)?
