Questions about lab results

I just received a copy of my ob-gyn records (d/t pending appointment with an RE.) I had been told my numbers were (except for one value) normal, but as I look at my results vs. the reference values, I don't understand how they are explained. Ex. My progesterone (drawn at 21 days into my cycle) is 9.23. The reference values are divided into phases such as follicular, luteal, midluteal. These references values appear on my other tests such as progesterone and FSH.

My LH = 4.3 Prolactin = 19.1 FSH 33.4

Since these were all at 21 days, are these normal values and are the follicular, mid-cycle or what ?

I am not particularly seeking a diagnosis, but just if they are normal, etc. Thanks in advance for your time.

I have posted a question before and want to thank all of you who donate your time.
