Re: Ammenorreha-high levels of testesteroneFrom: Amber (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 31 Jul 1997 16:15:00 -0500 (CDT)
I am 26 and was diagnosed with PCO about 10 months ago. I recently saw another OBGYN and while she agreed with the diagnosis, my blood panel came back normal - DHEA, adrenal, thyroid, testosterone and estrogen. While my tests were normal, I am still not ovulating, and instead of not having a period, it seems that I am constantly spotting, or having constant light periods. I have also been concurrently seeing an acupuncturist and taking herbs and another supplement called Iso-cort. Any other information that you could provide, or resource, would be greatly appreciated.
