He put me on birth control pills and pain medication. I am still in pain and for some reason I feel pressure and the urge to urinate (when I really do not need to go.) After my next period I will have another ultrasound to see the status of the cyst. Are ovarian cysts dangerous or cancerous? Once you develop them do they every go away? I'm not sure if it matters but I had a tubal ligation in March of this year. Please give me any advice you can... it would be greatly appreciated.
