I am sure that somewhere out there someone has, But for all practical purposes they should be the same. Prempro is 0.625 mg of Premarin and 2.5 mg of provera. If you were previously taking one 0.625 mg tablet of premarin and one 2.5 mg tablet of provera every day and you now are taking one tablet of prempro every day, they are exactly the same thing.

However if you were previously taking premarin 0.625 every day or for 25 days each month and taking 5 mg of provera for 10 days, then prempro is an entirely diferent regimen.

Hope this helps
