First of all I want to say Thank You!! for giving me some hope that I'm not the only crazy person out there not being able to get pg. I found this site last night and I must say that the first several messages I read this morning had me just bawling my eyes out. I'm sure it was from relief that I finally had proof that I wasn't alone! (although I feel that way a lot)

A little of my history: I had a partial hysterectomy at the age of 15 (I'm now 29) due to polycystic disease on the right ovary and tumors on the left. The GYN took both ovaries and tubes. I've been told by my doctors that I'm the youngest person they have ever seen on hormone replacement therapy and they don't know what kind of side effects I'm going to have in the long run. My only hope for a pregnancy is IVF or GIFT. The problem is that I don't know where to start. My OB/GYN has given me some written material and, of course, I've gotten things off of the 'net. But I've got so many questions that no one seems to know the answers to.

I guess what I'm mainly looking for is someone who may have been in a similar situation. Anyone else missing ovaries and/or tubes and trying to get pg? How about anyone on HRT and trying? My husband and I are about to go off the deep end. Any suggestions?
