Vaginal Inflamation and colon conditionFrom: Graham (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 29 Jul 1997 17:39:46 -0500 (CDT)
My mother-in-law (a woman in her 70's)has for about a year suffered from a vaginal inlammation which is very uncomfortable and is deteriorating. She has been tested negative for yeast and other infections. Her doctor has been unable to diagnose the condition. Apart from this condition, she needs to have a surgical procedure relating to her colon (I do not know the technical term but I believe it has "dropped"), which I understand will involve a partial hysterectomy. She cannot have that procedure until the cause of the inflammation has been determined and cured. Is there any doctor in the New York area (she lived in Westchester) specialising in OBGYN and Urology who might be able to help with both conditions? Thank you for your help,
