I'm not a doctor, but I do know of a place on the web that you might find helpful.

It is called Parent's Place. It has Bulletin Boards, Live Chats, and other information about pregnancy (including bedrest), parenting, etc. There are many wonderful people on there to talk to. A lot of them are on bedrest too.
