resquesting information about progesterone suppositories

I had two early miscarriages last year. I now have a prescription for progesterone suppositories (vaginal) in order to prevent another miscarriage. My regimen is to chart BBT and begin the suppositories on the evening of the 3rd day of the rise. My first two cycles with the suppositories had a few glitches, but were basically "normal". However, I am still waiting (on day 15) for a rise during this cycle. Previously, the rise would occur on day 12 (26 day cycle). I realize that it could still happen in the next few days. How long should I wait? Does this mean that I didn't ovulate? If my temperature doesn't rise, do I just skip the suppositories for this month?

Progesterone therapy is considered controversial (no evidence that it actually works) and I believe that I am the first at my doctor's office to be prescribed these suppositories for the purpose of preventing miscarriage. I would appreciate any information. Thank you!
