I am presently using the Catapres TTS-1 for hot flashes. It's working pretty well. I asked my doc to prescribe it, after checking it out, with you doc's on this forum. I thank you for the info, as it's been a lifesavor. I do have a question though. I've been using it weekly, but was told from another girl, also using it for the same reason, that she was told it should be changed more frequently, when it's used for hot flashes. I thought it was a timed release medication, and that as long as you were using a certain strength, it wouldn't matter if you changed it, in three days or seven days, it would still deliver the same amount of medication, daily.
