I'm not a physician and would not try to speak for them, but I do know that it is normal to feel a cramping sensation in the early weeks. I had the same feeling in the first couple of months of pregnancy and the nurse I first saw told me it was normal. Seemed to feel it more when I was more active, but they came and went.
