My doctor had mentioned the cauterization of the uterus, which sounds horrible, but I'm sure is much better on the body than an operation! Only I'd hate to have that ,then a hysterectomy too. Is there a place to read about the after effects of having a hysterectomey, recovery periods, etc.? I've been thinking I should have hormone tests, but are the results useful if I'm on the pill?
