It's just taking it's time getting out. It's possible that there's a connection between this kind of abnormal bleeding and difficulty getting pregnant, but I would say that the chances of this are slim to none if everything else is OK. Any symptoms of pelvic discomfort? uterine enlargement? painful intercourse? vaginal discharge of any other kind? menstrual irregularity? If so, see your doctor. If not then you could delay the visit a few more cycles if necessary.
