Many women may experience similar symptoms, but it doesn't mean everyone will. Not everyone will have sore breasts (at least at the beginning). For me, it was a strange feeling in my stomach and hunger pangs that would strike suddenly and VERY strongly! So, you may or may not be pregnant, but please know that pregnancy is a very individual thing! :-) Good luck to you!
