Re: Lower Pelvic Pain

Update:

I went to the Dr. and she ruled out endometriosis and any reoccurring infection. She thinks that it is most likely an ovarian cyst or adhesions. She told me to let her know if the pain increases in the next couple of months and if so, they would have to do a Laproscopy.

Well, yesterday afternoon, I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. I have called my doctor's office and told them and I am going in for a HCG test today. The nurse said that they would not repeat the test every two days like I originally thought they would because of my ectopic pregnancy in January. She said they only do that if there is spotting or pain. Well, starting yesterday I have had the same pain on my right side about two inches to the right of my belly button and maybe one inch down. It is a constant pain and it feels the same as it has for the last 3 months. Is this location too high for my ovaries? The question that I have is should I be worrying? Could this be a sign of another ectopic? I'm only 4 weeks pregnant so I don't know if any symptoms would show up this soon. If the pain is associated with adhesions/cyst will it go away? When should I worry? The last time I was pregnant I was cramping a lot and I haven't this time so I'm hoping that everything is okay? Anyway, as you can tell, I'm a little nervous so any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is it normal to feel like you are going to start your cycle (aching) when you are first pregnant?

Thanks for your help.
