Dear Dr. Kelly, More info to help with a question list for next weeks appt.

24 yrs old, 5'2", 120ish lbs Don't smoke, drink or do drugs or caffiene Relatively physically fit Asthmatic- use Ventolin and albuteral inhalers One pregnancy, baby girl 3-22-96 at 38 weeks. Borderline gestational diabetes, Preterm labor at 31 weeks On Brethine for 6 weeks then induced at 38 weeks(big baby) Delivered C-section after 27 hours on pitocin; 8lbs 8oz. Allergic reaction to catgut suture at incision prompted 2 surgeries(laps) in July and December 96 Massive adhesions and infections first round, second round a few adhesions and endometriosis on uterus. Tubes and overies in both cases did not appear to be affected in the adhesion/infection area. Periods started back in January, started charting then. After 6 months of trying on our own Dr wanted to try Clomid just to get my cycles more regular--they had been 18-45 days in varience. taken one round of Clomid 100mg so far and he wants to see how I am doing... Last cycle was 27 days long, temp spike on day 16, we assumed I ovulated on day 15. PLUS cervical mucus confirms as well as right AND left side achiness in ovary area. Whew! uh any suggestions? now that you know the history... If you have any advice I would love to hear it... Thanks Anne N.
