In the last 2 months I have had breast pain that starts just one week after my period and continues until the next one. I have always had tender breasts, etc. one week before my period, but never for three weeks ! What hormone could this be and could it be related to my irregular cycle ? It is very specific to one breast and causes a lot of pain & chest wall pain... I have to wear a jog bra almost all the time... the compression seems to make it better. I am not pregnant .. although am trying. I am very active, exercise frequently ,etc., so this is getting in the way ! There is no lumpiness different from my normal lumpiness.
