You can also have an hyperstimulation, despite the frequency is low with only 50mgx5 of Clomid. I would better see you having an US examination to see exactly how your ovaries are. And if no hyperstimulation, HCG can be done AFTER the date of your next menstruation you wouldn't have. (let them the time to grow up).
