ALL prior history is important, including # of past sexual partners, history of STDs, PID or IUD use, past use of any and all forms of contraception, past non-use of contraception wihtout conceiving, past pregnancies (miscarriage, elective abortion, full or pre term), medical conditions, past surgeries, and on and on and on, PLUS, history on your current partner (trauma to testicles, undescended testicals, drug or alcohol use, impregnanted any one else in the past, etc, etc.) Tell your doctor everything you can think of, and answer every question you're asked honestly and fully. Good luck.
