I'm sorry for your ART failures and miscarriages. I know how difficult the infertility/pregnancy loss road is. Don't let your age alone deter you -- let your heart tell you whether to try again or not. >

I think it would be wonderful and not strange at all. I often wonder about some of my "special patients", those women whose personal tragedies and triumphs have touched me. Just last week I got a phone call from a patient from my former practice in Philly; I delivered her stillborn child 4.5 years ago and she called to let me know she's pregnant again -- it made my day to hear such wonderful news.
