At this

Joanne You may want to consider using estrogen vaginally -- either via a cream or the new Estring vaginal ring. the amount absorbed systemically is small and probably wouldn't stir up any remaining endometriosis -- talk to your RE about this. Vitamin E may help with vaginal lubrication (some people swear by puncturing the capsules and leaving 1 or 2 in the vagina overnight -- I don't have any studies or experience to back this up). Soy products in the diet may also help, as may homepathic belladonna (again, anecdotal, rather than scientific, evidence). Good luck P.S. I know the Astroglide didn't work for you but I just LOVE the name :-)
