I would think it unlikely to cause you any problems, but it might be worthwhile to bring it up to your doc who did the surgery. S/he might be able to discuss it with you more fully, and look at other areas that might be hindering your ability to get pregnant. And in the unlikely event that the surgery did affect your fertility, I'm sure your doctor would want to know about it.
