I've been swamped and haven't been able to check in with the Forum in a week (I've had symptoms of withdrawal!) Antiphospholipid and antinuclear antibdoy testing oftne has to be sent to special labs. I recently had such testing myself, and it took about 10 -14 days to get all the results. There is no definite "should" in terms of resuming normal menstrual cycles after a miscarriage. Most, but not all, women will have a period within 6 weeks. Hope this helps
