Hi,

This question is right up my alley because I had radiation one year ago for BC. If the doctors have giver her the "no limations" go ahead I would say what-ever she wants do do and can do is OK. I have not gotten into a training program, (because I'm too lazy) but I know lots of ex radiation patients and they are all living their life as normal as they did pre-radiation.

Our bigest problem is lymphadema and this threat is with us for the rest of our lives. This is caused from removal of lymphnodes and compromises the removal of body fluids in the affected arm...So...the main thing is No weight lift of more then 12# with that arm...No cuts on hand, arm ect, on that limb...no injections and no blood-presure on that side...EVER.

I hope this has helped you. Other then the above she is Normal, as to the MS I have no input.

Thanks for writing.
