It is sometimes very difficult to diagnose incompetent cervix. I would agree that your syptoms do not suggest it. However, I would follow you closely in your next pregnancy with digital exams and serial vaginal probe ultrasound exams to detect any signs of incompetent cervix. I would not recommend anything in the interim.
