My only regret was leaving my OB who delivered both of my children and who I must say was the greatest OB in the world! At his suggestion, I called various hospital L&D wards, speaking to the head nurse, requesting a recommendation to an OB. Being new to the area, I had no friends who could make a recommendation. Well, no such luck. None wanted to recommend any OB. I have since tried several different sites looking for information about my current (newly chosen) OB and I have struck out. I'm not looking to dig up dirt on him, I just want to know if there have been any complaints regarding his care and how they were resolved. After all, I am entrusting my health to a man that I know nothing about except that he is a member of the AMA. Not exactly the endorsement I'm looking for (although it didn't hurt).
