Sorry, but you'll probably have reached you ob-gyn before reading this beginning of answer.

Atypia is detected on pap, but she is not kidding, most of them are not serious, but they require attention. Usualy, she will do a biopsy after a local treatment, and the result will tell you what exactly you have. Most of atypia disappear after the treatment or a single laser application.
