Awaiting the resultsFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netTue, 17 Jun 1997 15:43:38 -0400 (EDT)
Hi, This may go long sorry i need to vent. I went for the ultrasound today. I asked the nurse who was taking it, to PLEASE show me anything that she sees. In the process of her doing it i say her taking pictures of something. When i asked what she was taking pictures of, i got told " I cant tell you"! Needles to say i got very upset. She then said your done go to the bathroom while the radiologist looks at it. So i did and waited patently for about 20 min. She come back with this im better then you attatude saying " Ok, you can go now" When I asked again if she or the rad saw anything, she respondede;' I cant tell you anything". So I am no better off now then when I went in there. I was hoping for some insite as to why i still have not gotten my period for 35 days. I got home and called my doc office to see how long it will take for him to get the results of the ultra and the urine test. I got told from th4e nurse" Weel listen, you are not the only woman in the world not to get her period for a month". With that I hung up. I am SOO mad i could spit nils. All I want to know is what is wrong. If its Hormons then fine, if i am Pregnant then fine, but now i have to wait another week before i can see the doc again. In the mean time i still look pregnant, got sick on 1 cup of coffee this morning, when i can usually drink 6 cups, my abdomin is still tender. And i am still gaining about 1 LB a week for the past 8 weeks. I want to go try another prgenancy test at home but im scared it will turn out neg again. I tried to tell my gyn that most if not all of my tests turn out that way but he didnt believe me. Wel thanks for listening, and if anyone has some adice please tell me asap, or i am going to go nuts waiting. Carrie-------whos holding on
