Hi!/Group B Strep

I am a new subscriber and just wanted to introduce myself. I just got a ++++ OPK on Thursday. I guess I used a bad brand because both lines were there, but very light. I tested again Friday which came out definitely negative, but the one line was still faint. I'm not going to buy that brand anymore. Just saw a rating on the net for OPK's and this one was only rated Fair/Good. Only bought it to begin with because there was a $4 coupon on the box--and then I forgot to use the coupon! Not worth the price.

I am not using any meds. Been trying for Baby #2 since January. Found out not long after AF (which was 4 days LATE then !!!) that I had a Group B Strep infection. Now I have recently had one of my own theories *finally* validated in that GBS could possibly affect fertility by itself affecting vag pH? Talked to the nurse last week when I got antibiotics refilled for it and asked. She didn't know at first, but the more she thought about it, the more it made sense. I have been on a cloud since believing that this is *the month* and the antibiotic will help. If not, I will at least be happy in that I may finally have a possible reason of why I haven't gotten pregnant yet. Does anyone else have thoughts on this? Thanks for your input.
