bladder, vaginal & pelvic support

What procedure can be done to correct a prolapsed vagina & bladder, along with weak lower abdominal supporting structures? Can this be corrected by a Marshall-Marchetti, or this used only for incontinence? There is no leaking at this time, however in spite of doing lower abdomininal exercises, there is still the sagging & pelvic pressure.
