Things you need to report to your doctor are: heavy bleeding (saturating a maxi pad in less than an hour), severe cramping, fever, foul smelling vaginal discharge. >

The basics are ACA (anticardiolipin antibody) and LAC (Lupus anticoagulant), TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone to make sure you don't have an underactive thyroid). Other often recommended tests are chromosome testing of you and your husband, HSG (hysterosalpingogram, a test to evaluate the uterine cavity; some REs will do an ultrasound with saline instilled into the uterus instead), testing for LPD (luteal phase defect) in future menstrual cycles. There are a lot of other tests that some REs recommend -- talk to yours about what her/his approach is. >

Good luck to you, Monique.
