Does running cause or increase the cysts? Do cysts ever just go away on their own? My doctor isn't recommending surgery as of yet. I had a follow up ultrasound in January of this year and they said there was no change in the cysts. Will running increase the chances of a cyst rupturing or tearing. would a tear have caused my "spotting" through last year. My doctor is ok, but just had no answers about running and the condition. thanks for listening.
