"What to Eat When You're Expecting" by A. Eisenberg, H. Eisenberg Murkoff and S. Eisenberg Hathaway is a good resource. There is a section devoted to the vegetarian.

Good luck in getting pregnant. You don't need to be a carnivore to have a healthy pregnancy.
