I am also a vegetarian, but I am only 5 weeks away from my due date. The best resource I found for basic information was "The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High Risk Pregnancy" by Gail and Dr Tom Brewer. He has spent his entire career (47 years now, I believe) researching nutrition in pregnancy. This book outlines his research and the diet. He has a version specifically for vegetarians and one for vegans. If you can't find this book, there is some info on his diet plan in books on the Bradley method of natural childbirth since his plan is the one they recommend.

This plan has been wonderful for me. It makes sure you get enough of all the nutrients both you and the baby need from good, healthy food. You will have to find your own recipes, but I haven't had any problem fitting recipes and meals into his plans. It is not restrictive as to which healthy foods you can eat, so it easy to fit your favorites in. A great side benefit to this is the virtual elimination of several risks that most OBs consider normal. Dr Brewer's patients do not generally experience edema and pretty much never have problems with pre-eclampsia. Please read everything you can find about this, since most doctors are not very familiar with his work. My docs were not, but they like the diet and are extremely pleased with my progress while on it.
