Miscarried today no D&C needed yet

Well we did miscarry after all today. They are letting me do this naturally like last time. They just want me to get a shot cause I am negative blood type and to watch the pain and bleeding. IF it gets bad I will need a D&C. This makes #3 miscarriage and know I am considered high risk and they will actually do some testing. It's to bad you have to lose so many children ......
