Artificial Tanning Creams and Pregnancy

Dear Docs,

I am going to be in a wedding in June and wanted to use a Artificial Tanning cream(sunless tanning) to get rid of my "butt-whitedness" before I slip a sleeveless dress on. I was wondering if I am newly pregnant or about to ovulate and become pregnant should I not use this product? I think it just dies the skin the color but I am not sure. I definately don't want to go tanning or lay out. Have you heard any reports/research on this??? I would rather go buut-white than have something creep into my bloodstream...Let me know.

Thanks, Anne N.
