As Dr Hill said, there are lots and lots of reasons to have spotting in early pregancy. Seeing a heartbeat on the ultrasound is very reassuring.
I've had 2 miscarriages, so I understand how worried you are. Hang in there, send positive messages to your little one and I'll keep you in my thoughts.
