Bladder/Endo- Should I have concern? Reply: Dr: "Re: Bladder/Endo- Should I have concern?" I was diagnosed with Extreme endo, it was found on my bladder, ever since the lap I have a need to urinate frequently<as if I am pregnant>. Than during urination I have pain in my bladder, in my abdominal region. Not burning like a infection, it feels like pressure or a constant cramp only during urination. Is this a reason to have concern? I didn't have this problem before the laproscopy.
