If nothing, then I doubt the delivery had anything to do with it. Is this pain severe enough that you have to stop what you are doing? How often is ti ? Does anything make it better or worse. There is always a chance that any size baby delivered will "mess up" your pelvis. A small chance that it will mess it up a lot, and a larger chance that it will mess it up a little. What do we mean by "mess up" ? I am referring to possibility of pelvic prolapse and urinary incontinence in 5-50 years.
