Risks of DES exposition is for the girls of the women using DES during the pregnancy. It's a direct risk, no risk seems to appear for other generations. It's a cause of uterine malformations, and so on, of prematurity. It's also probably why your daughter had a cancer. But you are not guilty, risk was unknown in 1973.
