In certain cases drilling little holes in the ovary with an electric needle can be effective under anesthesia of course. Ultimately ovaries can be and sometimes do get removed to fix problems like this. Just be sure that your doctor has the right diagnosis before giving him/her your consent to take your ovaries out.
